Stephen Mitchell CEO
Stephen combines his passion for school and trust management improvement with his experiences of being a CEO, COO and CFO of several academy trusts to create Keystone’s mission to aid school improvement for the benefit of pupils and students. He is a Fellow of the ISBL, an NPQEL graduate and holds a MBA from the University of Nottingham.
Sheena is a fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master’s in education management. She has worked in the education sector since 1983 and has spent 21 years as Strategic Director in a secondary school with responsibility for personnel, finance, marketing, transition, fundraising and large-scale capital infrastructure projects.
Chartered FCIPD qualified Human Resources Specialist Jane has 20 years’ experience in the education sector and is experienced in developing resource effective teams. Skilled in writing policies, pay terms and conditions and union negotiations, Jane also specialises in mediation, team building, and grievance and disciplinary investigations.
A former Chair of the Institute of School Business Leadership, Matthew has twenty years’ experience of school leadership and improvement and is a respected authority on the non-teaching aspects of running schools and trusts. Matthew has supported some of best schools and trusts in the country as well as playing a significant role in turning around a number of the most challenging settings.
Lisa gained her strategic leadership experience in the private and charity sectors before joining the education sector four years ago. She also has over 12 years of facilities management and operational experience, including due diligence and change management, and has taken the lead on a variety of projects including new school builds and academy conversions.
