Stephen is an experienced school and multi academy trust leader, having worked as CFO, COO and CEO at a range of schools and trusts since 2012. He is a strategic thinker, focussed on ensuring that children stay at the heart of how decisions are taken in schools and that resources are managed to provide the best academic return on investment. Stephen is a Fellow of the ISBL, an NPQEL graduate and holds a MBA from the University of Nottingham.
Pippa is a L7 qualified CIPD practitioner and has worked across multi academy trusts supporting senior education leaders with strategic planning and the implementation of practices to ensure effective employee relationships. Skilled in mediation, Pip combines a flair for making HR accessible with a tenacity for detail and a straightforward approach, ensuring that colleagues across the organisation can thrive and that schools can achieve their desired outcomes with minimum hassle and risk
A former Chair of the Institute of School Business Leadership, Matthew has twenty years’ experience of school leadership and improvement and is a respected authority on the non-teaching aspects of running schools and trusts. Matthew has supported some of best schools and trusts in the country as well as playing a significant role in turning around a number of the most challenging settings.
Lisa gained her strategic leadership experience in the private and charity sectors before joining the education sector four years ago. She also has over 12 years of facilities management and operational experience, including due diligence and change management, and has taken the lead on a variety of projects including new school builds and academy conversions.
Talvider is an experienced CFO and COO, having gained her strategic and leadership experience in the private sector before moving into education 10 years ago. She is has had significant impact accross several multi academy trusts, supporting them to confidently deliver the requirements of the Academy Trust Handbook.
