Matthew is an experienced education leader, consultant, and corporate governance specialist with 27 years of board-level leadership experience in the UK and internationally. With a strong background in diagnosing and resolving board-level barriers to success, Matthew has a proven track record in improving governance, accountability, and leadership practices within education.
Matthew has developed professional frameworks for both education staff and international aid workers and has chaired the Professional Standards Group, co-chaired a session at the House of Lords, and provided consultancy support to the Department of Education in South Africa.
