Pippa Lloyd
Pippa
Pippa is an L7 CIPD practitioner and has been both an HR manager and a Director of HR in academy HR leadership. An experienced mediator, Pippa combines a flair for making HR accessible with a tenacity for detail and a straightforward approach, ensuring that colleagues across the organisation can thrive and that schools can achieve their desired outcomes with minimum hassle and risk.
She has led policy and HR documentation reviews in a number of schools and trusts, including full SCR reviews. She is well versed in ensuring that employee relations are supported through strong and supportive, clear, and transparent systems. She has used her training and mentoring skill to support individuals and HR departments. Pippa has led academy conversions, fully managed the TUPE process, and has significant experience of managing employee relations, including performance management issues, in trusts.
